libgooglepinyin0-dev software package provides Pinyin engine fork from Google Pinyin on Android - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgooglepinyin0-dev
libgooglepinyin0-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgooglepinyin0-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgooglepinyin0-dev *
You will get with libgooglepinyin0-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
